摘要
随着社会经济、科学技术的发展,人们的生活方式逐渐发生了改变,导致糖尿病的患病率逐年增加,近年来越来越多的研究表明糖尿病是导致认知障碍的高危因素。目前关于糖尿病认知障碍发病机制尚不明确,可能是多因素相互作用的结果。文章主要从胰岛素及胰岛素信号转导通路障碍、胆固醇代谢异常、氧化应激三方面对近年的研究成果进行综述,同时探讨中医对糖尿病认知障碍的认识,为中医药治疗糖尿病认知障碍的研究与开发提供参考。
With the development of social economy and science and technology, life style of people have many momentous chan- ges, which increases the risk factor for diabetes. In recent years , more and more researches demonstrate diabetes is a high risk to cognitive disorders, however, why the diabetes leads to this failure is not clear, which probably the multiple factors promotes the development and improvement of it. In this paper , a general overview about the research results at the aspects were presented from insulin signal pathway disorder , abnormal cholesterol metabolism and oxidative stress as well as the present traditional Chinese medicine theory . This review provides a reserence to possible mechanisms of action and directions for further work through tradi- tional Chinese medicine.
