摘要
认知功能障碍是常见的神经退行性疾病,发病率逐年升高,胰岛素抵抗是认知功能障碍发展的重要因素之一,故药物干预脑胰岛素信号转导一直是治疗胰岛素抵抗引发的认知功能障碍的主要方法。从中医学角度分析,胰岛素抵抗引发的认知功能障碍离不开痰、郁、瘀三者的相互作用,针灸疗法作为中医特色的治疗方法之一,可通过多层面、多途径、多靶点治疗疾病,且无副作用。针灸治疗胰岛素抵抗引发的认知功能障碍疗效显著,以“痰-郁-瘀”互结为切入角度细化胰岛素抵抗与认知功能障碍之间的联系将为后期针灸治疗胰岛素抵抗引发的认知功能障碍提供研究思路。
Cognitive impairment is a common neurodegeneration with an increasing incidence year by year.Insulin resistance is an important factor in the development of cognitive impairment,so drug intervention of insulin signal transduction in the brain has been the main treatment method of insulin resistance-induced cognitive impairment.From the perspective of tradition Chinese medicine(TCM),the pathogenesis of the disease cannot be separated from the interaction of phlegm,depression and stasis.As one of the TCM characteristic treatment methods,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment is multi-layered,multi-pathway and multi-target,without adverse effect.Acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant therapeutic effect on cognitive impairment of insulin resistance,and detailing the connection between insulin resistance and cognitive impairment from the perspective of intertwined"phlegm-stagnation-stasis",will provide research ideas for the future treatment of cognitive impairment of insulin resistance by acupuncture and moxibustion.
