Multi-point sectional forming technology for three dimensional surface parts with large size

摘要 介绍了大尺寸三维曲面件多点分段成形原理,测试了LF6铝合金材料性能参数,建立了双曲率凸面件多点分段成形有限元模型,阐述了多点分段成形流程,得到了双曲率凸面件多点分段成形和回弹结果。通过数值模拟分析了成形方向和过渡区长度对成形质量的影响,结果表明:从小端开始成形可以获得光顺的曲面和均匀的等效应变;过渡区长度越大,成形件表面光顺性越好,应变分布越均匀。开展了大尺寸双曲率凸面件多点分段成形实验,获得了形状轮廓和表面精度较好的成形件,验证了数值模拟的有效性和多点分段成形技术的实用性。 The principle of multi-point sectional forming for three dimensional surface parts with large size was introduced,and the material property parameters of aluminum alloy LF6 were tested. Then,the finite element model of multi-point sectional forming for double curvature convex part was built,the simulated procedure was elaborated,and the forming results and springback results of double curvature convex part for multi-point sectional forming were acquired. Furthermore,the influences of forming direction and transitional length on the forming quality were analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that the smooth surface and uniform equivalent strain can be got by forming from the small end. However,the larger the transitional length is,the better the surface accuracy and uniform strain are,and the strain distribution is more uniform. Finally,the multi-point sectional forming experiment of double curvature convex part with large size was carried out,and the experiment part with good shape contour and surface accuracy was obtained. Thus,the validity of numerical simulation results and the practicability of multi-point sectional forming technology were verified.
