离散型面调节机械手的研制

摘要 提出了基于离散型面模的毛坯曲面构件快速成型技术,并介绍了离散型面调节机械手的构成与工作原理.根据工作任务的特点,设计了一个具有4个调节头的调节手组件,详细分析了调节头与调节手组件的结构特点.提出了采用偏移球心曲面计算顶杆高度的方法,算法实现简单,无解析算法产生的收敛问题.应用实例表明,所研制的型面调节机械手能够快速准确地调节型面,满足快速制模的要求. A rapid manufacture technique of large moulds for sheet metal forming was presented, which was based on discrete cavity mould (DCM). A mechanical hand for cavity forming of the discrete cavity mould was developed, which was constructed with 4 actuator assembled in a manner to reduce the work load acted on frame and to improve productivity, and the structure and operation principles were analyzed. An offset surface method was proposed to calculate the discrete mandril's height, whose algorithm was very simple and without the convergence problem which is common to analytical algorithm. Applications showed that the developed mechanical hand satisfied the requirements of rapid manufacture of moulds since it can form the cavity of DCM precisely and rapidly.
