热轧带肋钢筋HRB500E的性能优化 被引量:3

摘要 河钢集团唐钢生产的HRB500E强屈比边缘炉次偏多,需要进一步优化HRB500E的强屈比。通过对比HRB335、HRB400E、HRB500E三者成分和强屈比,发现钒氮微合金化对强屈比有较大影响;进一步对比HRB400E和HRB500E的[V]/[N]发现,HRB500E中[V]/[N]过高,不利于充分析出VN或V(CN),是影响强屈比的因素之一。通过调整转炉终点控制、转炉复吹和钢包在线底吹改用氮气,优化合金料加入顺序,增加了钢中氮含量,同时降低钒含量,优化了[V]/[N]比,适当提高了钢中的C、Mn含量。经过调整冶炼工艺和成分,在保证其它性能稳定的前提下,强屈比得到了明显改善。 Ram / ReL of HRB500E produced by HBIS Tangsteel Company should be improved, because there were bat?ches close to blower limit required .Comparing the Components and Ram / ReL of HRB335, HRB400E and HRB500E,it isfound that VN microalloy has an important impact on Ram / ReL . Further comparison of HRB400E and HRB500E,it is discov?ered that the value of [V] / [N] of HRB500E is much higher than the value of HRB400E. Nitrogen content in steel hasbeen increased by the following measures: Converter terminal control; Replacing argon with nitrogen In the whole process ofbottom blowing of convert and ladle; mixing procedure. And [V] / [N] has been optimized by reducing vanadium content,and also the content of carbon and manganese is increased. With the measures above, the Ram / ReL of HRB500E has beensignificantly improved on the premise of ensuring other mechanical performance.
