药物过度使用性头痛患者认知功能损害与脑体积的相关性 被引量:3

摘要 药物过度使用性头痛(MOH)是一种常见的与药物过量使用相关的慢性继发性头痛,长期过度使用药物可使患者出现认知功能障碍。中国人民解放军总医院神经内科头痛门诊于2013年3月至2015年12月收治了31例头痛患者,均行脑部MRI常规检查及蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评估,相关性分析结果显示,MOH患者大脑左侧颞上沟后坡体积与其MoCA评分呈显著负相关,可能为MOH认知功能损害的脑部靶点。 Medication-overuse headache(MOH) is a common chronic secondary condition.Brain meganetic resonance imaging(MRI) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(Mo CA)-based assessment was performed in 31 MOH patients from the headache outpatient department in Chinese PLA General Hospital.Correlation analysis revealed that Mo CA score was negatively correlated with the volume of the posterior bank of left superior temporal sulcus in MOH patients.Therefore,the posterior bank of left superior temporal sulcus may be a specific cerebral target of cognitive impairment in MOH patients.
