摘要
大面积航班延误或取消的情况下,航站楼内易发生旅客流量异常进而导致机场的服务保障能力受到考验,因此,对航站楼内旅客流量进行异常预警是十分必要且刻不容缓的。文章主要通过研究特殊天气以及空中管制因素影响下航站楼内旅客流量变化的规律,建立基于评价模型分别建立特殊天气因素单独影响、空中管制因素单独影响以及特殊天气和空中管制双因素共同影响下航站楼内旅客流量的预警模型。通过建立上述预警模型,可以根据不同因素的影响程度来预测航站楼内旅客流量的变化,进而为机场的服务保障能力提供量化的辅助性支持。
In the case of large-area flight delays or cancellations, passenger flow anomaly easily occurs in the terminal building,which will test the service support capability of the airport. It is necessary and urgent to carry on the abnormal early warning to the passenger flow in the terminal building. Through the study of special weather and air control factors under the influence of passenger traffic changes in the terminal, and based on the evaluation model, this paper mainly establishes the early warning model of passenger flow in terminal under the influence of special weather factors alone, air control factors alone and dual factors of special weather and air control. Through the establishment of the early warning model, we can predict the change of passenger flow in terminal according to the influence degree of different factors, and then provide the quantitative auxiliary support for the airport service support ability.
