摘要
本文综述了科技型企业员工激励因素、小微企业员工激励因素、核心员工激励因素三方面的文献,在此基础上整合设计出科技型小微企业核心员工的激励指标体系,包括物质财富、个人成长、工作环境、业务成就、工作本身5个方面,共27个指标,以供后续研究参考。
This paper reviewed literature on incentive indicators for staff in science & technical firms, incentive indicators for staff in small and micro firms, and incentive indicators for core staff. On this basis, incentive indicator system for core staff in small and micro science & technical firms is designed, including 5 aspects, i.e. material wealth, personal growth, work environment, business achievement, and work itself. Future study can consider this incentive indicator system for reference.
