摘要
目的观察研究热牙胶充填和侧压充填治疗急性牙髓炎和根尖周炎的效果。方法将82例急性牙髓炎和根尖周炎患者作为研究对象(2016年7月1日—2017年9月30日收治),将其随机分为对照组(41例)、实验组(41例)。对照组予以侧压充填治疗,实验组予以热牙胶充填治疗。结果实验组和对照组治疗后对比,其根管填充时间和术后VAS评分更少,GI、SBI与PD值更低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热牙胶充填治疗对缩短急性牙髓炎和根尖周炎患者根管填充时间和缓解疼痛具有积极影响。
Objective To investigate curative efect of warm gutta percha obturation and lateral pressure flling in the treatment of acute pulpitis and periapical periodontitis. Methods 82 cases of acute pulpitis and periapical periodontitis patients as the research objects （July 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017）. They were randomly divided into the control group （41 cases） and the experimental group （41 cases）. The control group was treated with lateral pressure flling, and the experimental group was flled with hot tooth glue. Results The experimental group and the control group were compared after treatment. The root canal filling time and postoperative VAS score were less, and the values of GI, SBI and PD were lower, and the diferences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Warm gutta percha treatment to reduce acute pulpitis and periapical periodontitis root canal flling time and relieve the pain has a positive impact.
