摘要
对预缩聚过滤器切换对终聚黏度的影响因素进行了全面分析,制定了相应的措施:提升预缩聚釜液位、延长过滤器填充时间、控制备用过滤器出口阀开启速度、预调终聚釜真空及进口搅拌器转速等手段,有效降低了预缩聚熔体过滤器切换对终聚黏度的影响,使过滤器切换后黏度波动由0.03~0.04 d L/g降至0.01 d L/g以下。
The influence factors of prepolycondensation filter switch on the product viscosity were comprehensive analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were developed,including: improving the liquid level of prepolycondensation reactor,prolonging the filling time of the filter,controlling the opening speed of the filter's outlet valve,presetting the Disc Ring Reactor's vacuum and rotate speed of the inlet agitator and so on. The influence of prepolycondensation melt filter switch on the product viscosity was effectively reduced,so that the viscosity fluctuation after filter switching changed from 0. 03 ~ 0. 04 d L/g to 0. 01 d L/g below.
