护理能力本位教育下案例教学对妇科带教的影响 被引量:2

The Effect of Case Based Teaching Under Competency-based Nursing Education on Gynecological Teaching

摘要 目的探讨护理能力本位教育下案例教学法对妇科护理带教的影响。方法选择2013年6—12月68例护生为对照组(常规护理带教);以2014年1—6月68例护生为观察组(护理能力本位教育下案例教学)。比较两组带教前、后的护理考核成绩、实践护理操作评分及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组带教后的问诊技能、病例分析、实际操作及总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组带教后的操作手法、手术配合、急救护理、沟通能力、总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组带教后的成就感、职业认同、专业提升、个人发展、总体满意度、总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法符合护理能力本位教育理念需求,在妇科护理带教中应用效果良好,能提高护生的实际操作能力及满意度。 Objective To explore the efects of case based teaching method under competency-based nursing education on gynecological nursing. Methods From June to December 2013, 68 cases of the control group were included and accepted routine nursing teaching. From January to June 2014, 68 cases of nursing students were taken as the observation group (case teaching under the education of nursing ability standard). Before and after teaching, the results of gynecological examination, scores of practical nursing operation and satisfaction to gynecological nursing job were compared in two groups. Results Inquiry skills, case analysis, practical operation and the total score in the observation group after teaching were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); after teaching, operation technique, surgery cooperation, critical care, communication, total score of the observation group were signifcantly higher than those of the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05); after teaching, achievement, vocational identity, professional promotion, personal development, overall satisfaction score, total score in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Case teaching method conforms to the concept of competency-based nursing education, which has good application efect in gynecological nursing teaching, improve the ability of practical operation and satisfaction in nursing students.
