抗缪勒管激素联合B超检测在预测卵巢储备功能中的价值 被引量:3

The Value of Anti-mullerian Hormone Combined With B Ultrasound in the Prediction of Ovarian Reserve Function

摘要 目的探究与分析抗缪勒管激素联合B超检测在预测卵巢储备功能的应用价值。方法选取我院自2014年3月—2016年1月收治的卵巢功能下降患者200例作为观察组,按照FSH水平将患者分为卵巢早衰103例(POF组)、过渡期卵巢功能衰退组97例(TOF组),另选择同时期收治的月经正常健康查体女性100例作为对照组,POF组、TOF组于月经第3天给予戊酸雌二醇片雌二醇环丙孕酮片(克龄蒙)口服,1片/d,服用21 d为1周期,连续治疗6个周期。采用抗缪勒管激素联合B超检测三组人员的卵巢储备功能。结果与治疗前相比,TOP组与POF组治疗后FSH明显降低;治疗后,POF组与TOF组相比,AMH较低、FSH较高、AFC较低、PSV较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AMH与FSH呈负相关(r=-0.521,P<0.001);AMH与PSV、AFC呈正相关(r=0.437,r=0.534;P<0.001)。结论抗缪勒管激素联合B超检测预测卵巢储备功能具有较高的临床价值。 Objective To explore and analyze the application value of antimullerian hormone combined with B ultrasound in the prediction of ovarian reserve function. Methods 200 cases of ovarian dysfunction in our hospital from March 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the observation group. The patients were divided into 103 cases of premature ovarian failure(group POF) according to the FSH level. 97 cases of ovarian dysfunction in transitional period(group TOF). 100 women with normal menstrual health examination at the same time were selected as the control group. Group POF and group TOF were given estradiol valerate tablets estradiol progesterone tablets, oral administration, one tablet for day, 21 d for 1 cycles, and 6 cycles of continuous treatment on the third day of menstruation. The ovarian reserve function of the three groups was detected by the combination of anti-mullerian hormone and B ultrasound. Results Compared with before treatment, FSH in group TOP and group POF decreased significantly aftertreatment. After treatment, group POF was lower in AMH, higher in FSH, lower in AFC and lower in PSV than in group TOF, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). There was a negative correlation between AMH and FSH(r=-0.521, P 〈 0.001). There was a positive correlation between AMH and PSV and AFC(r=0.437, r=0.534; P 〈 0.001). Conclusion The combination of antimullerian hormone combined with b-ultrasound has high clinical value in the prediction of ovarian reserve function.
