摘要
党的十九大报告指出,中国特色社会主义进入新时代。面对新时代、新发展、新问题,客观上要求不断创新完善政治经济学理论范式,通过政治经济学理论范式的与时俱进和开拓创新推动我国经济健康、可持续发展。经济新常态背景下,中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论范式创新应坚持以实践为本、人民为中心、问题为导向的科学发展理念,其发展方向应着力从研究基点、研究范围以及研究方法等方面不断创新,从根本上推动马克思主义政治经济学的中国化。
The report of the 19 th National People＇s Congress（NPC） pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. Facing the new era, new development and new problems, it was objectively requested to innovate and improve the theoretical paradigm of political economics constantly,and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of our economy through the theory of political economics that is advancing with the times and innovation. Under the New Normal, the innovation of theoretical paradigm of socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics should adhere to the scientific development concept which is based on practice,the people as the center,and the problem as the guidance,and its development direction should focus on research starting point, research scope and research methods in terms of continuous innovation,fundamentally promoting the sinicization of Marxist political economics.
