摘要
随着开采深度增加,平煤集团四矿由瓦斯矿井转变为煤与瓦斯突出矿井,针对矿井安全生产和高产高效建设受到极大威胁的问题,提出在高瓦斯突出采面卸压区进行浅孔抽放技术,并分析工作面浅孔抽放机理,合理确定钻孔布置参数和抽放参数,以期解除煤与瓦斯突出威胁及工作面瓦斯涌出超限隐患。通过在丁56-19200工作面进行工业性试验,有效解决了工作面前方煤体瓦斯涌出超限问题,降低回风流瓦斯浓度,杜绝了煤与瓦斯突出事故的发生。
With the increase of mining depth, No. 4 Mine of Pingmei Group had changed from a gas mine to a coal ana gas outburst mine. Aiming at the problem that the safety production and high production efficiency construction were greatly threat- ened, the shallow borehole drainage technology in distressed zone at high gas outburst work face was proposed and the mechanism of shallow hole drainage at work face was analyzed, and the parameters of horehole layout and drainage design were reasonably de- termined in order to relieve the threat of coal and gas outburst and the hidden danger of gas emission at work face. Through the industrial experiment of IV 56--19200 work face, the problem of gas emission exceeding limit in front of work face was effectively solved, the gas concentration of return air flow was reduced and the coal and gas outburst accidents were eliminated.
