摘要
研究在A^2O工艺回流管道上增设污泥缺氧池,降低回流污泥中携带的NO_3^--N含量,改变回流污泥在污泥缺氧池中的不同的停留时间(SRT),以提高系统的脱氮除磷效率。结果表明,当SRT分别为0、20、40、60 min时,污泥缺氧池中的NO_3^--N平均质量浓度分别为5.23、3.49、2.04、0.77 mg/L。COD为31.03、20.17、16.54、17.16 mg/L。随着污泥在污泥缺氧池中时间增长,NO_3^--N含量和COD都有所降低。而整个系统对应的COD去除率为88.26、91.21、93.12、92.75%;TN去除率为83.48、88.87、91.30、91.76%;TP的去除率为77.60、80.67、83.62、80.29%。在SRT为40min时,系统的脱氮除磷效果最佳。
A sludge anoxia tank was added to the reflux line of A^2O process to reduce NO3^--N content in returned sludge.And sludge residence time(SRT)of returned sludge in the sludge anoxia tank was changed to improve the efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal.The results showed that,when the SRT was 0,20,40 and 60 min,the average mass concentration of NO3^--N in the sludge anoxia tank was 5.23,3.49,2.04 and 0.77 mg/L respectively,COD was 31.03,20.17,16.54 and 17.16 mg/L respectively.As SRT increased in the sludge anoxia tank,the NO3^--N content and COD were reduced.The COD removal rate of the whole system was 88.26%,91.21%,93.12%and 92.75%respectively,the TN removal rate was 83.48%,88.87%,91.30%and91.76%respectively,and the removal rate of total phosphorus was 77.60%,80.67%,83.62%and 80.29%respectively.When SRT was 40min,the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal was the best.
