高速永磁同步电动机流场及温度场分析 被引量:5

摘要 目前,电机行业高速发展,高速永磁电机得到广泛应用,在压缩机、高速离心机等场合要求电机转速越来越高,致使电机气隙风摩引起电机温升增大,过高的温度引起永磁体退磁,影响电机正常运转。通过ANSYS软件对高速电机气隙内流场及风摩引起电机温升变化进行了多物理场耦合分析,得到了电机定转子、绕组的温度场分布情况。最后,对不同转速情况下电机定转子、绕组温升变化情况进行对比,得到转速对温升的影响。 Presently, the motor industry developed rapidly, and high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely used, such as compressor, high-speed centrifuge applications, which caused the temperature rise by the motor speed higher and higher, and the motor air gap wind mill loss. Thus the demagnetization of permanent magnet occurred, which impact the operation of machine proper/y. The ANSYS software has been used to simulate the multi-physical field and coupling analysis to show the change of temperature caused by flow field in the air gap and the wind mill of high speed motor loss, and got the rise and change of the temperature of stator windings. Finally, the change of temperature of the stator and rotor and the winding has been compared according to the different speed, then the influence of the rotational speed to temperature rise has been obtained.
