摘要
在航天器的热控设计中,接触热阻是重要参数之一,其取值准确与否直接关系到热控设计的质量。从理论及实验研究两个方面系统介绍了接触热阻研究的发展状况,在理论研究方面综合叙述了单点理论、多点接触理论这两种理论模型;在实验方面综合叙述了接触热阻的测量方法及导热填料的应用;最后还介绍了接触热阻研究的其它方面。
Thermal contact resistance is one of the important parameters in the thermal design. It directly influence the stand of fall of thermal desing. This paper introduced the development of thermal contact resistance from two sides: academic and experimental study. In the academic study introduced two theoretical models: single contact and mutiple contact theory. In the experimental study introduced the means to measure the thermal contact resistance and thermal conductance filler. At last, it introduced the other sides of thermal contact resistance.
