电源方舱电动机加油泵故障诊断及系统实现 被引量:5

摘要 电源方舱电动机加油泵系统结构复杂,故障工况突发因素较多,为了提高电源方舱电动机加油泵的稳定工作性能,需要进行故障优化诊断研究,及时排除故障,提出一种基于多参量故障特征提取和嵌入式开发的电源方舱电动机加油泵故障诊断及系统设计方法。分析电动机加油泵的工作原理,提取电机加油泵的输出电流、电压、油泵进出口压强等参量为故障诊断的特征量,分析故障特征量的波形图和对应信号的频谱图。在嵌入式平台下进行故障检测仪的硬件设计和软件开发,系统子模块包括传感器系统、AD采集模块、ARM主控系统模块、控制显示模块,供电系统,通过AD采集系统将传感器的信号采集传回ARM主控系统,在三相异步电动机电源线路中进行故障巡检,结合特征提取和信号谱分析结果实现故障诊断。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行电源方舱电动机加油泵故障诊断的实时性和准确性较好,能实现对加油泵回油管路阀门故障、油管阀门开关失灵、机线路连接与电动机不匹配等故障种类的有效排除。 The power cabin pump motor system has complex structure,it has many fault cases of sudden factors,in order to stabilize the work to improve the performance of the pump motor power supply module,the need for optimization for fault diagnosisresearch,timely troubleshooting. This paper proposes a design method of gas pump fault diagnosis and system power supply modulemotor fault feature extraction and multi parameter based on embedded development. Analysis of the working principle of motorpump,extraction pump motor output current,voltage,pressure and other parameters for oil import and export characteristics of thefault diagnosis,analysis of frequency spectrum and the corresponding waveform signal the fault characteristic quantity. The softwareand hardware design of fault detection instrument in the embedded platform,the sub module of the system includes a sensor system,AD acquisition module,ARM main control module,control module,power supply system,signal collection sensor returns theARM main control system through the AD acquisition system,fault inspection at the power supply circuit of three-phase asynchro-nous motor,combined with the results of feature extraction and fault diagnosis signal spectrum analysis. The simulation results showthat using this method in power supply side The pump motor module of fault diagnosis in real time and accuracy,and can achievethe pump oil return pipe valve fault,oil valve switch failure machine circuit connected with the motor,effectively eliminate the type of fault.
