摘要
目的回顾性总结分析超微经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾结石的围手术期护理，并提出相应的护理注意事项及措施。方法对86例超微经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾结石的患者通过术前护理、术后常规护理及并发症的护理措施、出院指导等围手术期护理的回顾性分析，提出围手术期护理的注意事项及措施。结果本组患者手术均顺利完成，无感染性休克、大出血等严重并发症，对术后出血、尿外渗等病例及时发现，积极的护理处理后，所有患者均治愈。结论术前做好充分心理护理和各项准备工作，术后严密观察病情变化，尤其对术后出血、尿外渗等并发症的及时发现、及时有效处理，做好肾造瘘管、尿管和双J管护理，是安全度过围手术期的重要措施。
Objective To summarize and analyze the perioperative nursing of renal calculi patients treated with uhra-micro percutaneous nephrolithotomy retrospectively and to put forward corresponding care precautions and measures. Methods A retrospective analysis of 86 cases of patients with kidney stones for the treatment of ultra-micro percutaneous nephrolithotomy by perioperative nursing and postoperative nursing and complication nursing measures and discharge guidance and other perioperative nursing. To propose perioperative nursing precautions and measures. Results The surgeries of all patients were completed successfully. No septic shock or massive bleeding or other serious complications happened, to find postoperative bleeding and urinary exudation and other cases found in time,with active nursing treatment. All patients were cured. Conclusion Well reoperative psychological care and other preparatory work, observing the condition changes after surgery closely, especially for postoperative bleeding, exudation and other complications of timely detection and effective treatment, care about kidney fistula and catheter and Double J tube are all important measures for perioperative safety.
