摘要
目的探讨预见性护理结合全面护理对超声联合钬激光气压弹道碎石治疗复杂性肾结石并发症及生存质量的影响。方法选取2015年3月~2017年3月在该院接受超声联合钬激光气压弹道碎石治疗的复杂性肾结石患者180例作为研究对象。采取随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,各90例。对照组患者采用常规护理方案,研究组患者采用预见性护理结合全面护理方案。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症发生情况、生存质量及护理满意度。结果研究组较对照组手术时间更短,术中出血量更少,住院时间更少,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组患者的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者生存质量评分均明显上升,研究组上升更多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在超声联合钬激光气压弹道碎石治疗复杂性肾结石围术期开展预见性护理结合全面护理工作可有效缩短手术时间与住院时间,降低术中出血量,减少并发症的发生,同时可显著提高护理满意度与患者的生存质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing combined with comprehensive nursing on complications and quality of life of complicated kidney stones treated with holmium laser pneumatic lithotripsy. Methods From March 2015 to March 2017, a total of 180 cases of complicated renal stones treated with holmium laser pneumatic lithotripsy in the hospital were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the research group and control group, 90 cases of each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing program, and patients in the research group were given predictive nursing combined with comprehensive nursing program.The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, hospital stays, complications, survival quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the research group had shorter operation time, less intraoperative blood loss and less hospital stay, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the intervention, the quality of life scores of patients in both groups increased significantly, and that in the research group increased even more, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the research group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Predictable nursing combined with comprehensive nursing during the perioperative period of complicated kidney stones treated with holmium laser pneumatic lithotripsy can effectively shorten the operation time and hospitalization time, reduce complications increase nursing satisfaction and survival quality of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
