摘要
运用SWOT分析方法,对环巢湖全国自行车公开赛发展所具有的优势、劣势以及面临的机会、威胁进行分析。研究结论:环巢湖全国自行车公开赛的主要优势是具有丰富的自然与人文资源;劣势是赛事融资渠道狭窄,赛事规模较小;面临的机遇是赛事得到了中国自行车协会的大力支持,环巢湖国家旅游休闲区建设的契机;面临的威胁是赛事运行机制不完善,国内同类赛事的竞争与压力。提出:充分利用政策优势,把赛事做大做强;拓宽融资渠道,提升办赛实力;延伸赛段路线,扩大赛事规模;培养专业人才,提高办赛能力;完善运营模式,加强市场化运作;加强区域合作,增强赛事影响力等策略。
Using the SWOT analysis method, the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the National Bicycle Open around Chaohu Lake are analyzed, and the opportunities and threats are analyzed. The conclusion is that the main advantage of the national event is rich natural and cultural resources. The disadvantage is that the financing of the tournament is narrow and the event is small. The opportunity is that the event has been supported by the China Bicycle Association and an opportunity for tourism and leisure area construction; the threat is the race running mechanism is not perfect, facing competition and pressure from similar domestic events. The suggestions are: to expand the scale of the competition; to train professionals to improve the ability to run the game; to improve the operating mode and strengthen the market operation; to improve the quality of the game, strengthen regional cooperation and enhance the influence of the game.
