摘要
目的对比腹腔镜术后联合孕三烯酮或戈舍瑞林治疗巧克力囊肿的效果。方法选取我院2013年7月至2016年3月收治的巧克力囊肿患者88例作为观察对象,随机分为对照组(n=44)和治疗组(n=44),两组均予以腹腔镜手术,对照组术后予以孕三烯酮进行治疗,治疗组术后予以戈舍瑞林进行治疗,比较两组的激素水平变化和治疗效果。结果治疗后两组的LH、FSH无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗组的E2显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜术后联合戈舍瑞林治疗巧克力囊肿的临床疗效优于联合孕三烯酮,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To compare the effects of laparoscopy combined with postoperative gestrinone or goserelin in the treatment of chocolate cysts. Methods 88 patients with chocolate cysts admitted to our hospital from July 2013 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects. All patients were divided into two groups, with 44 cases in each group. Both groups received laparoscopic surgery; in addition, the control group received gestrinone after surgery, while the treatment group received goserelin after surgery. The changes of hormone levels and curative effects of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, no statistical difference was found between two groups in the levels of LH or FSH （P〉0.05）, while the level of E2 of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （_P 〈0.05）. Conclusions After laparoscopic surgery, the combined use of goserelin has better clinical curative effect than gestrinone in the treatment of chocolate cysts, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
