摘要
中医在医患沟通问题上有其优势和特殊性。通过网络和现场两种问卷形式对北京中医医患沟通情况与医患信任关系进行考察,并选取北京中医药大学国医堂为典型案例进行分析,结果显示:公众对医患沟通工作的重要性比较认可,但对医疗环境的满意度不高,中医医患沟通更充分、信任程度较高;在具体环节上,中医问诊对于病情了解更充分、对于病因病理的解释更多,患者对于治疗方案认同度高且能够基本掌握用药安全,中医大夫重视对患者的精神慰藉与心里支持,而患者也重视与大夫的长期交流。基于对沟通后果及其影响因素、应对措施的调查分析,要改善和提升中医医患沟通效果,需以中医文化坚守的核心价值引导医患沟通,以中医医德发展为契机提升沟通技巧,通过科学的中医科普提升患者认知,规范媒体报道并对其进行监督引导,以构建和谐的中医医患关系。
Doctor-patient communication in the traditional Chinese medicine hospitals has its own advantages and uniqueness. This research has done both on-site and online surveys of the doctor-patient communication and mutual trust in the hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine in Beijing. It has also done a case analysis of the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Guoyitang Clinic. The result shows that the significance of the doctor-patient communication is widely accepted but the hospital environment is not. Comparatively speaking,communication in the traditional Chinese medicine hospitals has higher level of efficiency and reliability. To be specific,diagnosis provides more information about the patients and their illnesses. Patients agree very well with the treatment and medication. Doctors pay more attention to the mental and psychological aspects of their patients which guarantees a long-term communication between the two sides. From the analysis of the effect,in-fluential factors and coping strategies of the communication,the research suggests a persistence of the core value of traditional Chinese medicine as the catalyst for communication. It also suggests improving communication skills through the development of the moral value of traditional Chinese medicine. Finally,the research calls for a scientific popularization of the traditional Chinese medicine and a regulated media coverage of this area with proper monitoring and support with the hope of creating a more conducive doctor-patient relationship.
