摘要
根据多种空间飞行体轨道特点,文中提出了利用地基云南雷达和光学望远镜设备联合监测空间目标的方案,然后概要介绍了曲靖非相干散射雷达和丽江2.4m光学设备及其部分相关代表性成果。研究表明,该系统方案联测空间目标优势明显,并且该方案同样也适用于近地小行星探测。最后探讨了由于云南地理位置的重要性,相关设备可参与区域合作,站在科技创新的角度,为面向南亚东南亚辐射中心提供国家定位服务。
According to the orbit characteristics and coverage performance of space debris and near earth objects, a new method is described for orbit determination of space targets by combining ground-based radar with optics telescope. This paper first gives a brief introduction of the Qujing incoherent scattering radar and Lijiang 2.4m telescope, followed gives the preliminary result and briefly de- scribe the importance and necessity of such a system in Yunnan Province to monitor space environment. In addition to the space targets detection, the method can also be directly applied to planets radar detection in the solar system. By fulfilling the Yunnan monitor sys- tem of space targets, serving the strategic construction of "South Asia-&Southeast Asia-Orientated Radiation Center"
