摘要
目的探讨中西医结合护理干预类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法选择2014年6月—2016年10月我院接收的78例RA患者按照随机、双盲原则分为两组各39例,对照组仅给予常规西药(碳酸钙D_3片+甲泼尼龙片+骨化三醇软胶囊+甲氨蝶呤片+复方倍他米松注射液)治疗,观察组在此基础上采用中药独活寄生汤联合针灸治疗,同时配合临床护理,治疗结束后进行疗效评估。结果治疗2个疗程后观察组痊愈15例,显效12例,有效10例,治疗总有效率为94.9%(χ~2=8.150,P<0.05),组间差异存在显著统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎并配合相应护理疗效确切,效果优于常规西医治疗,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（ RA）. Methods From June 2014 to October 2016,78 patients with RA in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the randomized double-blind principle,with 39 cases in each group. The control group received only conventional Western medicine（ calcium carbonate D_3, methylprednisolone, Ossylated triol soft capsule, methotrexate tablets and compound betamethasone injection） treatment,and the observation group used duhuo jisheng decoction and acupuncture on the basis of the control group combined with clinical care at the same time. After treatment,the curative effect was evaluated. Results After treatment for 2 courses,in the observation group,15 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 94. 9%（ X^2= 8. 150,P 〈0. 05）. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with the corresponding nursing in the treatment of RA effect has accurate effect,is better than conventional Western medicine treatment,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
