摘要
体育是人民追求美好生活需要的必要元素,加快发展体育产业是应对新时代社会主要矛盾转化在体育领域的重要抓手。当前我国体育产业规模增长提速,但仍然难以匹配体育强国地位;政策支持力度不断提高,但系统性、协同性有待进一步优化;结构逐步优化,但主体产业发展相对滞后;品牌赛事影响力不断增强,但商业化程度低。建议:以全面深化体育改革为契机,发挥市场与政府的双重作用;加快推进供给侧结构性改革,提升体育产业产品和服务供给能力;营造良好的政策制度环境,为体育产业发展保驾护航;加大体育产业开放力度,提升市场化水平和综合竞争力。
Sports is a necessary element for people to pursue the needs of better life. Speeding up the development of sports industry is an important handle to answer the transformation of major social contradictions in the field of sports in new era. The increase of scale of Chinese sports industry is speeding up but still difficult to match the status of sports power; strength of policy support is improving continually, but systematicness and cooperativity waits to be further optimized; construction is progressively optimized but the development of main industry is relatively lag behind; influence of brand competitions is continuously strengthened but commercial level is low. Suggestion： taking the opportunity of deepen the reform of sports in an all-round way to play the dual effect of the market and the government; speeding up the supply-side structural reform and improving the supply capacity of products and services in sports industry; building a good policy and system environment to protect the development of sports industry; strengthening the openness of the sports industry and improving the marketing level and the comprehensive competitiveness.
