晚期卵巢癌患者新辅助化疗适应证及间歇性肿瘤细胞减灭术手术时机选择被引量：31

摘要卵巢癌是目前世界上恶性程度较高的肿瘤之一,病死率居妇科肿瘤之首。由于其起病部位隐匿,生物学行为易早期扩散,前期临床症状无特异性,并且缺乏早期有效的诊断监测手段,约70%患者在初诊时已属卵巢癌晚期,5年生存率在19%-32%之间。
