摘要 海洋混合式立管由刚性立管和跨接软管组成,在深海石油资源的开发中发挥着重要作用。参考某混合式立管的具体结构参数和环境参数,结合该混合式立管工作时的具体过程,将其离散成凝集质量模型,利用大型水动力分析软件OrcaFlex建立了该混合式立管在位运行状态下的动力学分析简化模型。通过时域耦合方法,对该混合式立管进行了VIV分析和立管强度分析,得到了该混合式立管的动力学响应特性:水下跨接软管挠性较强,水下刚性立管不易发生VIV振动。结合计算结果,给出了该立管系统的优化设计方案。 The offshore hybrid riser consists of a rigid riser and a jumper hose, which plays an important role in the development of deepwater petroleum resources. Referring to the specific structure and environmental parameters of a certain free standing hybrid riser and combined with the specific process of the hybrid riser at work, the hybrid riser is discretized into a lumped mass model. Then the simplified analytical dynamic model is established with the hydrodynamic analysis software OrcaFlex. The VIV response and strength of the hybrid riser are analyzed by using time domain coupling method. The dynamic response characteristics of the hybrid riser are obtained, that is, the jumper hose has a good flexibility and the rigid riser has no VlV response. Combined with the calculation results, the optimal design scheme of the hybrid riser system is given.
