摘要
为了研究产品服务系统制造企业、用户企业双方合作实现价值增值的问题,根据服务主导逻辑的价值共创理论,提出考虑双方努力的产品服务系统价值共创模型。面向生命周期过程的服务不确定性特征,讨论了不同产品与服务组合情形下,双方努力对制造企业总成本节约、用户企业总效用增强的作用机理。在此基础上,提出一定约束条件下,以制造企业成本最小化、用户企业效用最大化为目标的最优双方努力程度、产品与服务组合选型模型及遗传算法求解方法。以混凝土泵车产品服务系统为例,验证了所提方法的可行性与有效性。
To realize the value-added of cooperation between manufacturers and customers in the environment of Product Service System(PSS),a PSS value co-creation model by considering the bilateral efforts of manufacturers and customers was proposed based on service-dominated logic.Oriented to the service uncertainty of life cycle process,both the cost-saving mechanism of bilateral efforts on manufacturers and the utility-enhancing mechanism on customers in different combinations of products and services were discussed.On this basis,the portfolio selection model was established to optimize combinations of products and services and the efforts of both sides through minimizing manufacturers cost and maximizing customers'utility under some constraint condition.Besides,genetic algorithm was proposed as the solving method.An example of the concrete pump truck PSS was given to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
