摘要
针对TRIZ在解决矛盾问题时存在的初始问题分析难、发明原理具体化难和概念方案量化评价难的问题,进行了基于可拓创新方法的改进TRIZ研究。首先利用基元模型形式化表达的SVOP模型描述系统的目标和条件,得到根源冲突,并利用TRIZ求解工具消解矛盾得到原理解;然后利用可拓事元形式表达该原理解,直接变换零部件得到概念方案;最后结合模糊优度评价和TRIZ理想度法则对其方案进行定量化评价。通过在裁剪传送系统上的应用,证明了所提方法的有效性和正确性。
Aiming at the difficulties on analysis,concretion and quantitative evaluation by using TRIZ to solve the contradictory problems,an improved TRIZ research based on extension innovation method was proposed.SVOP model as the formal expressing of primitive model was used to describe the system's goals and conditions,and the conflict root was found;TRIZ tools was used to solve the conflict and obtain the original solutions,and the affair-element was used to express this original solutions for obtaining the concrete solutions by manipulating parts.By combining the extension priority-degree evaluation and TRIZ degree rule,the quantitative evaluation for concrete solutions was received.Through the cutting delivery system,the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified.
