±500 kV天生桥换流站中性母线避雷器故障分析及防护措施研究 被引量:5

摘要 2016年4月6日,±500 kV天广直流输电工程直流线路遭受雷击,导致系统重启不成功,在随后的恢复送电和功率调整过程中,发现天生桥换流站极1中性母线F2避雷器发生故障。对故障避雷器开展返厂解体检查、能量校核、特性差异分析,并利用电磁暂态分析软件PSCAD/EM-TDC对分析结果进行仿真验证,得出避雷器损坏原因为:故障避雷器其中一个电阻片存在缺陷或者已经失效,导致该避雷器伏安特性低于同极其它避雷器,在故障工况中承担了大部分的能量耐受,发生击穿故障。建议开展直流参考电压预防性试验时,对于安装在同一极的中性母线避雷器,应对试验结果进行横向比较,最大偏差不应超过0.5 kV,并缩短预防性试验周期至1年。 April 6th, 2016, DC transmission line of ±500 kV Tianshengqiao-Guangzhou DC Trans-mission Project was struck by lightning, and failed to restart the system. In the subsequent recovery of power supply and power adjustment process, a neutral bus arrester F2 of pole 1 in Tianshengqiao converter station was found damaged. Disintegration check, energy check, characteristic difference analysis were carried out. The analysis results were verified by simulation using the electromagnetic transient anal- ysis software PSCAD/EMTDC. A conclusion was drawn that, one of the varistors in the damaged arrester was defective or failed. Which leads to the V-I characteristics lower than other arresters in the same pole. Most of the energy tolerance was assumed by the damaged arrester in the fault condition. Then the arrester broke down. It is suggested that while carrying out preventive test of DC reference voltage, for the neutral bus arresters in one pole, the test results should be compared with each other. The maximum deviation should not exceed 0.5 kV. And the test cycle should be shortened to 1 year.
