受端合理配置核电的重要性及其在改善电网运行状态和增强主网架结构中的作用

摘要 为应对环境污染和化石燃料逐渐枯竭的形势,结合我国一次能源和电力负荷失衡倒置分布、过度依赖煤电及其带来的环境污染等问题,阐述了先进核电的安全可靠性以及煤电自身更新和被部分取代的必要性,提出了在电网受端发展核电并部分替代煤电以及建立特高压电网受端网架,使特高压输电与先进核电同步发展的建议,以促进电力在安全、优质、经济和环保等方面的协调发展。 To cope with the situation of environment pollution and gradual depletion of fossil fuel and considering the irrational distribution of primary energy resources and power loads in China as well as the environment pollution caused by unduly dependence on coal-fired power generation, the authors expound the safety and reliability of advanced nuclear power generation and the necessity of updating coal-fired power plants themselves and partially substituting them by nuclear power plants. In order to implement the coordinative development of power industry with environment protection and the secure, qualitative and economic operation of power grids, some suggestions, such as building nuclear power plants at the receiving ends of power grid to partially substituting coal-fired power plants and building main network at receiving ends of UHVAC power grids to realize the synchronized development of UHVAC power transmission with that of advanced nuclear power plants, are put forward.
