摘要
现有研究较少涉及根据关键指标要求来设计分时电价方案,并与收益管理思想相结合的内容;而且部分文献中存在一些不合理假设。针对此现状,提出了考虑关键指标的分时电价策略,并将讨论收益管理理论在其中的应用。该策略以满足各时段电价关系与电量关系、供电收入、总供电量等关键指标要求为核心目标,根据用户响应函数计算当前电价策略下各指标的实际值,与其设定值比较并进行反馈调节,最终使得其设定值与实际值相吻合。此研究既可满足各时段电价与电量比例关系的要求,也能有效提升供电公司总收入,引导电力负荷在时间上均衡分配。
Previous researches seldom involve time-of-use tariff setting strategy with satisfaction of key indexes and revenue management. Additionally, unreasonable assumptions of electricity consumption, price and response function were taken into account in some papers. A time-of-use tariff setting strategy considering key index and revenue management was proposed in this paper to satisfy the key index requirements including proportion of consumption and price in different time periods, supply revenue and total electricity consumption for accurate control. This method will minimize the gap between target values and actual values of the key indexes through feedback adjustment, pricing theory and response function. The objectives of price and consumption proportion in each time period will be satisfied with the growth of supply revenue, leading to a more balanced power distribution.
