Objective To analyze the relationship observe between serum Annexin A1(AnxA1)and gamma-glutamyl transferase(GGT)levels and coronary artery stenosis degree in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by coronary heart disease. Methods According to the results of coronary angiography,patients(n=186)with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by coronary heart disease from June 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital Department of Endocrinology and Cardiology were studied. All patients were divided into low score group(n=89)and high score group(n=97)on the basis of Gensini scores of coronary stenosis;patients(n=96)with normal coronary arteriograms of type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as a control. The relationship between AnxA1,GGT and Gensini scores of coronary stenosis were analyzed. Results In type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by coronary heart disease patients group, the levels of AnxA1 and GGT were significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.05). And in the high score group, the levels of AnxA1 and GGT were significantly higher than those in the low score group(P0.05). The levels of AnxA1 and GGT were positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery stenosis, and the independent risk factors for Gensini score of high coronary artery(P0.05).Conclusion AnxA1 and GGT levels were positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery stenosis.
