结果 B组VAS和VARS-5得分、僵痛和疲劳的发生率均低于A组和C组,A组亦低于C组(P<0.05);B组SF-16结果优于A组和C组,A组亦优于C组(P<0.05)。
Objective To investigate the influence of different body mass indexes( BMI) on joint pain, fatigue and life quality of women with fibromyalgia syndrome. Methods A total of 88 women with fibromyalgia syndrome admitted during June 2012 and December 2013 were divided into group A( BMI 18,n = 24),group B( 18≤BMI≤24,n =32) and group C( BMI〉24,n = 32). The values of joint pain evaluated with visual analogue scale( VAS),5 points of visual analogue range scale questionnaire( VARS-5),incidence rates of frozen pain and fatigue and life quality and health questionnaire( SF-16) of 3 groups were compared. Results Scores of VAS and VARS-5 and incidence rates of frozen pain and fatigue in group B were significantly lower than those in group A and group C,and the values in group A were also significantly lower than those in group C( P〈0. 05); SF-36 scale scores of group B were more superior to those of group A and C,and the scores of group A were also superior to those of group C( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Fibromyalgia syndrome women with normal BMI have a lower pain level and a lower incidence rate of fatigue with better quality of life.
