摘要
目的观察菟丝子对番泻叶诱导急性腹泻小鼠的作用。方法采用番泻叶诱导急性腹泻小鼠模型,通过考察模型小鼠首次腹泻时间与稀便数量评价菟丝子的止泻作用;通过考察菟丝子对正常小鼠胃排空与小肠推进率的影响,初步探讨菟丝子的止泻机制。结果菟丝子中、高剂量能明显延长急性腹泻小鼠首次腹泻时间,减少腹泻次数;菟丝子不同剂量组均能显著抑制正常小鼠的胃排空和小肠推进。结论菟丝子具有一定的止泻作用,其止泻机制与抑制胃肠运动具有相关性。
Objective To observe the effect Semen Cuscutae on acute diarrhea induced by Folium Sennae in mice. Methods The model of acute diarrhea were induced by Folium Sennae in mice, the antidiarrheal effect of Semen Cuscutae was evaluated by observing the time of first diarrhea and the number of feces in model mice, the antidiarrheal mechanism of Semen Cuscutae was explored by observing the gastric emptying and intestinal propulsive rate in normal mice. Results The middle and high dose of Semen Cuscutae could significantly prolong the time of the first diarrhea and reduce the number of diarrhea in model mice, the different doses of Semen Cuscutae could significantly inhibit gastric emptying and intestinal propulsive rate in normal mice. Conclusion Semen Cuscutae has a certain effect of antidiarrheal, and its mechanism is related to the inhibition of gastrointestinal motility.
