摘要
目的观察品管圈在肝癌介入术患者护理中的应用效果。方法将我院实施品管圈管理的时间(2016年8月)作为分组间隔,以37例肝癌患者作为研究对象,并分别将其纳入对照组和观察组,各37例。分别给予两组患者常规护理管理、品管圈护理管理,观察患者的健康知识掌握状况、护理满意度。结果观察组患者健康知识掌握率(97.30%)、护理满意度(100.00%),均高于对照组患者的健康知识掌握率(81.08%)、护理满意度(83.78%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈用于肝癌介入术患者的护理,可有效改善患者的健康知识掌握状况,提高护理满意度。
Objective To observe the effect of tube circle in the nursing of patients with liver cancer intervention. Methods The quality control circle management time （August 2016） in our hospital was used as the interval between 37 groups of patients with liver cancer as the research object, and they were included in the control group and the observation group, 37 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given routine nursing management and management of quality control circle nursing, and the health knowledge and satisfaction of the patients were observed. Results The rate of health knowledge of the patients in the observation group （97.30%） and the satisfaction of Nursing （100%）, The health knowledge rate （81.08%） and nursing satisfaction （83.78%） were higher than those of the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing care of patients with liver cancer intervention can effectively improve the patient＇s health knowledge and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
