摘要
目的探讨品管圈对肝癌破裂患者急救效果的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2019年5月间山东省立第三医院收治的行急救治疗的65例肝癌破裂患者,2017年2月至2018年3月收治的32例患者为常规组,2018年4月至2019年5月间收治的33例患者为管理组。常规组患者采用常规急救方法,管理组患者采用品管圈急救方法,比较两组患者急救效果。结果常规组患者急救成功率为78.1%,并发症发生率为12.5%,病死率为9.4%;管理组患者急救成功率为90.9%,并发症发生率为6.1%,病死率为3.0%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。管理组急诊护理人员团队凝聚力、责任心、解决问题能力、品管手法、和谐度评分及总分均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论品管圈有利于提高肝癌破裂患者的急救效果,减少不良反应及死亡率,提高团队协作能力,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle on the efficacy of first aid for hepatic rupture in patients with liver cancer.Methods Sixty-five patients with ruptured liver and liver cancer who underwent emergency treatment at Shandong Provincial Third Hospital from February 2017 to May 2019 were selected.Of them,32 patients who received treatment from February 2017 to March 2018 were included in the conventional group and 33 patients who received treatment from April 2018 to May 2019 were included in the management group.The conventional group was given conventional first aid.The management group was given quality control circle based first aid.The efficacy of first aid was compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of first aid,incidence of complications and mortality was78.1%,12.5%and 9.4%,respectively in the conventional group and 90.9%,6.1%and 3.0%,respectively in the management group(all P<0.05).Scores of team cohesiveness,work enthusiasm,conscientiousness,problem-solving ability,quality control skills and concordance were higher in the management group than in the conventional group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle is beneficial to improve the emergency efficacy of first aid for ruptured liver in patients with liver cancer,reduce the incidence of adverse events and mortality,and improve team collaboration,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
