摘要
以OM-RBV双重理论为基础结合层次分析思想,从三个维度对第三方物流企业(3PLs)服务能力理论模型进行构建,即:基础层、应用层和战略层。在验证该理论模型科学性的基础上,对各能力维度间可能存在的依存关系进行剖析,并采用结构方程模型对全国269份有效问卷进行验证,结果表明:基础层对应用层虽具有正向影响效应但统计不显著;基础层和应用层均对战略层具有正向的影响效应且统计显著等。此研究打开了3PLs服务能力自行运作的"黑匣子",揭示了3PLs各能力维度间具体的关系路径和影响效应;其实践意义在于如何提升和培育3PLs服务运营能力,以促进3PLs的健康发展。
Based on the double theories of OM-RBV and the thought of hierarchy analysis,we contract the service capability of the third-part enterprise from three dimensions:basic capability level,application capability level and strategy capability level.Then verify the scientific of this theoretical model,and do some necessary analysis among various capability dimensions.Using the structural equation model to verify various hypothetical relationships based on 296 effective questionnaires.The results show that the basic capability level has a positive effect to the application capability level but not significant in statistical;both the basic capability level and the application level have a positive effects to the strategy capability level and significant in statistical.The contribution of this study is to open of the third-party logistics enterprise service ability internal operation's " black box",and reveals the specific path relationships and influential effects among capability levels.The practical significance lies in how to promote and cultivate the 3 PLs' service ability,and enhance its market competitiveness.
