摘要 本文介绍环介导等温扩增技术(LAMP)原理、特点及应用前景。因LAMP具有特异性高、灵敏度高、易操作、污染风险低的特点,因而目前在传染病、真菌、细菌,检测领域中作为诊断工具得到了认可。 The principle,characteristics and application prospect of loop mediated constant temperature amplification(LAMP)are introduced in this paper.LAMP has the characteristics of high specificity,high sensitivity,easy operation and low pollution risk.As a result,it is recognized as a diagnostic tool in the field of infectious diseases,fungi,bacteria and detection.
