摘要
随着我们国家食品类行业市场的飞速进步,越来越多的新型食品不断的涌入市场。从2009年3月起,我国教育部决定在多个领域内开设19种专业学位,其中包含食品加工与安全方向,其学员是以本科应届毕业生为主,对他们进行全日制的专业学位研究生教育,培养具有优秀的专业素养的高层次应用型的该方面职业人才。
With the rapid advances in the development of food industry market,more and more new food constantly entering the market.Beginning in March 2009,the Ministry of Education decided to set up 19 kinds of professional degrees in a number of areas,in these professional degrees,including food processing and safety direction.Its trainees are based on fresh graduates,for them to full-time professional degree graduate education,to cultivate high-level applications with excellent professionalism in this area of professionals.Hunan Agricultural University relies on the advantages of the school of food science and the advantages of food industry diversification in Hunan Province,and actively explored and practiced the training mode of full-time professional master's degree in food processing and safety field.
