摘要
安全工程本科卓越工程师教育培养具有明显的矿山特色,也因此培养目标和标准的制定综合考虑了卓培计划的大标准和行业标准,提出了以知识为基础,以能力为重点,以素质为核心的培养标准,并根据培养目标和标准的要求制定了合理科学的培养课程体系和严格的工程实践过程控制。为了实现卓培计划的目标,本文还探讨了师资队伍建设,提出了建设开放式的教师队伍,对学生的培养应该采用立体培养方式,最终顺利实现安全工程本科卓越工程师教育培养计划的目的。
Safety engineering undergraduate outstanding engineer education and training has obvious characteristics of mine,so training target and standard formulation considering outstanding training planning standards and industry standards,and proposed training standards with three characters:knowledge is basis,ability is focus,quality is core.According to the requirements of goals and standards developed strict training curriculum system and the practice of engineering process control.In order to achieve plan goal,this paper also discussed the construction of teacher system,the open and gradient of teacher system. students training should use tridimensional cultivation mode.Put forward in this paper,to achieve the ultimate success of safety engineering undergraduate outstanding engineer education and training plan.
