摘要 结合某抽水蓄能电站月牙肋钢岔管的工程实际情况,采用有限元方法对比分析了工程中水压试验通常使用的边界条件简化方法与同时考虑钢岔管结构自重、水重及实际支撑的仿真方法,研究了结构自重、水重、支座及摩擦系数等因素对岔管应力分布及变形的影响。结果表明,简化方法与仿真方法计算所得的钢岔管应力及变形十分接近,用这两种方法分析水压试验中的岔管应力分布及预估埋藏式钢岔管水压试验压力值均是可行的,该计算结果为现场水压试验提供了很好的参考。 Based on the real case in a constructed pumped-storage hydropower station, simplified method [or a hydro- static test which is commonly used in engineering practice and advanced simulation method considering the influences of self-weight of the steel bifurcation, weight of water and boundary conditions of support are compared by finite element a- nalysis in this article. The study reveals similar results in terms of the stress level and deformation of the bifurcation when comparing simplified and advanced method. As a conclusion, using the simplified method to conduct a simulation of hydrostatic test provides as reliable stress distribution and pressure of an underground bifurcation as the advanced meth- od. Meanwhile, its results serve as good references to the site hydrostatic test.
