摘要
江苏宜兴抽水蓄能电站钢岔管的PD值与国内已建的类似工程相比是最大的,采用钢岔管与围岩联合受力进行设计在国内尚属首次。通过压水试验各种测试数据的分析,验证了设计是合理的,钢岔管的制作质量经受了实践检验,试验取得了较完整的试验数据和经验,为今后其他钢岔管的优化设计提供了科学依据。
Compared to those similar finished projects within China, the PD value of the steel bifurcation for Jiangsu Yixing Pumped Storage Power Station is the biggest. It is the first design in China to adopt the concept of joint forceendured of both the steel bifurcation and its surrounding rocks. It is verified that its design is feasible and the producing quality of the steel bifurcation experienced the practice and the complete testing data and experience is acquired, which provides the scientific basis for the future optimization design of steel bifurcation.
