摘要
企业在面临多个技术创新投资项目或备选方案的决策困境时,科学合理的效率评价对技术创新投资决策至关重要.企业技术创新由于受众多不确定因素的影响,决策信息往往呈现出区间状态,因此,基于区间SE-DEA模型测度技术创新投资方案的区间效率值,并通过构建区间效率的位置系数与不确定系数的满意度函数,建立基于技术创新效率的投资决策准则.最后通过实例分析,说明了效率评价准则的科学性与合理性.
A scientific and reasonable evaluation criteria is very important for an enterprise to make an investment decision when it is facing multiple technology innovation investment projects or alternative programs. Due to the influence of many uncertain factors, the decision- making information of enterprise technology innovation often presents an interval state. So the interval SE-DEA model is used to measure the interval efficiency values of technology innovation programs in the paper. Then the investment decision criterion based on the technology innovation efficiency is setup through building the satisfaction functions of uncertainty coefficient and location coefficient of interval efficiency. Finally, an application example is analyzed to illustrate the scientificity and rationality of the efficiency evaluation criteria.
