八月瓜提取物对四氯化碳诱导小鼠肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 探讨八月瓜提取物不同极性部位对四氯化碳(CCl_4)所致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。采用不同有机溶剂萃取,将八月瓜提取物分为石油醚相、乙酸乙酯相、正丁醇相和水相4个不同极性部位。给予0.3%CCl_4灌胃,建立小鼠肝损伤模型,检测各组小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性,肝匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量,并对肝组织进行病理学检查。八月瓜正丁醇提取物和水提取物能够明显降低模型小鼠血清ALT和AST活性,增强肝组织SOD活力,降低肝组织MDA含量,显著改善肝组织病变,减少肝细胞坏死。以上结果表明,八月瓜正丁醇提取物和水提取物对CCl_4致小鼠肝损伤有一定的保护作用。 To investigate the hepatoprotective effects of the different polarity fractions of extracts from the Fructus Akebiae on liver injury of CCl4-treated mice.Different polarities crude extracts of Fructus Akebiae were obtained by using petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,butanol,and water.The liver injury models of mice were prepared with the intragastric administration of 0.3%CCl4.The effects of different polarity fractions of Fructus Akebiae extracts on serum ALT and AST levels,SOD activities and MDA level in liver homogenate,and a pathological examination for the mice liver tissues were performed.The results indicated that the butanol extract and water extract of fructus akebiae could obviously reduce the activities of ALT and AST in CCl4-treatedmice,and increase the activities of SOD in hepatic tissue,and lower the content of MDA.The pathological section showed the butanol extract and water extract could improve the pathological changes of liver tissue. The results showed that butanol extract and water extract of Fructus Akebiae had noticeable protective effect against liver injury.
