摘要
采用气相质谱—色谱联用法对三叶木通叶片的有机酸成分进行分析,确认了28种有机酸成分,其中,多元酸14种,酚酸类9种。三叶木通有机酸成分中,以对香豆酸含量为最高,达47.11%。
The results of the organic acids analysised in Akebia Trifoliate were determined by gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric method showed that 28 kinds of organic acids were identified,including 14 kinds polybasic acids,9 kinds aromatic organic acid,and P-coumaric acid had the highest percentages that was 45%.
