摘要
归纳了铸渗工艺研究中的关键问题,指出了铸渗工艺及其运用研究的主要进展,讨论了铸渗耐磨层的化学成分组成、显微组织与性能的类型、影响因素和性能结果。在此基础上,提出了当前铸渗技术存在的一些难点和问题,并对铸渗表面耐磨材料的发展方向进行了展望。
This paper sums up the key problem in the study of the casting penetration technology, points out the main progress in the study of casting penetration technology and its application, discusses the chemical composition of cast-penetrated wear-resisting layer, microstructure and types of properties, influence factors and performance results. On this basis, some difficulties and problems of the current casting penetration technology are put forward, and the development direction of surface wear-resisting material of cast-penetrated is prospected.
