摘要
目的:比较不同干燥程度温莪术根茎挥发油得率和挥发油类成分在含量和组成上的差异。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法测定不同阴干程度温莪术根茎的挥发油得率,并利用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)比较分析其挥发油化学成分组成上的异同。结果:(1)温莪术根茎在阴干过程中,挥发油得率呈现倒"V"字型的变化趋势,峰值出现在阴干30 d时为6.7μg·g^-1;(2)温莪术根茎在阴干的前30 d,其挥发油化学成分的组成没有发生明显的变化,此后低沸点的挥发性成分的种类和含量显著下降;(3)莪术烯、别罗靳烯等化学成分的含量在整个阴干过程中没有发生显著的变化;(4)β-榄香烯,γ-榄香烯和新莪术二酮等有效成分含量在阴干过程中呈现上升趋势。结论:合理的干燥处理对提高温莪术根茎挥发油得率及其化学成分构成具有重要的影响,在实际生产中,应根据应用目的的不同对温莪术根茎进行适宜的干燥处理。该研究为温莪术采后初加工奠定了一定的理论基础。
Objective: To compare the contents and compositions of volatile oil from rhizome of Curcuma wenyujin under different degrees of drying. Method: The volatile oil yields were obtained by steam distillation and the compositions of the volatile oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Result:(1)The volatile oil yield showed a inverse V tendency under drying in the shade, and the peak value(6. 7 μg·g^-1) reached at 30 d of drying in the shade.(2)There were no obvious changes in the compositions of the volatile oil in the first 30 d of drying,but after that,the types or contents of low-boiling point volatile components were decreased significantly.(3)The contents of some chemical compositions such as curzerene did not change significantly in the process of drying in the shade.(4) But some effective chemical compositions such asβ-elemene,neocurdione and 1,2-bis(1-methylethyl)-benzene showed an increasing trend. Conclusion: These results showed that drying treatment may have an important effect on the yield and quality of the volatile oil from rhizome of C. wenyujin. In the practical production,proper drying shall be carried out according to the application purposes. This study has laid a theoretical foundation for the initial processing of C. wenyujin.
