摘要
生态文明作为中国特色社会主义发展的整体布局,包含了生态观念和生态经济、生态制度和生态环境,其不仅是美丽中国建设的核心手段,还是乡村建设水平鉴别的"金指标"。主要介绍了生态文明与美丽乡村建设间的对应关系以及生态文明背景下的生态工程,并提出了美丽乡村建设应采取的措施。
Ecological civilization as overall layout of socialism development with Chinese characteristics,including ecological concept and ecological economy,ecological system and ecological environment,which is not only core means of beautiful Chinese construction,but also golden indicator for identification of rural construction. Corresponding relationship between ecological civilization and beautiful countryside construction,and ecological engineering under background of ecological civilization were mainly introduced. Measures should be taken in the construction of beautiful countryside were pu forward.
